ABOUT ME

Kaleigh is based in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a Certified Enneagram Coach. She is also Certified Field Traumatologist through the Green Cross. Kaleigh has completed trainings with The Narrative Enneagram and YEC. She is also pursuing certification through iEQ9. Prior to these certifications, she earned a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling which laid the foundation for a passion to see teams and people become the healthiest, most efficient, and happiest version of themselves.

Prior to launching her business, Kaleigh was the Executive Director of a trauma-informed counseling center in Atlanta for four years. She also served for two years as the Project Manager for a $2M Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration federal grant focused on increasing behavioral health services to marginalized communities in metro Atlanta.

Based on her experience in these roles and work with various organizations, she found the need to equip leadership and departmental management teams with useful knowledge on how to motivate their employees, appeal to their consumer and client’s needs, and build out their network in a meaningful way. This creates a healthier work environment, boosts company culture, assists in retaining great employees, and finding spaces where struggling employees can thrive. The business or organization is then able to improve profitability, sustainability, and connection with their employees, consumers, clients, and network.
