Kaleigh is based in Atlanta, Georgia. She is an iEQ9 Accredited Practitioner and a Certified Enneagram Consultant. Kaleigh has completed trainings with Integrative 9 (iEQ9) and the Narrative Enneagram. Prior to these certifications, she earned a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling and has spent over a decade in the behavioral health field. She has combined her experience in the behavioral health field and Executive positions she has held to create a successful consulting, coaching, and training business.

Prior to launching her business, Kaleigh was the Executive Director of a trauma-informed counseling center in Atlanta. She also served as a Project Manager for a $2.5M Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration federal grant focused on increasing behavioral health services to marginalized communities in metro Atlanta.

Based on her expertise and extensive work with various teams and organizations, she recognized her unique ability to come alongside leadership and departmental teams to motivate their employees, increase effective communication and collaboration, and create operational flow in an intentional way. This creates a healthier work environment, boosts company culture, assists in retaining great employees, and finding spaces where struggling employees can thrive.
