I work with businesses and non-profits stateside and internationally. I believe that the knowledge and language of the Enneagram can be instrumental in creating safe, inclusive, and fulfilled workplaces. While many consultants focus primarily on the company’s or organization’s efficiency, I focus my energy on ensuring that teams and departments are as healthy and fulfilled as they can be. The health and fulfillment of the employees is directly related to the overall efficiency model of the company or organization. For companies to continue to remain profitable or engaged in the community, people have to be doing the work. So I assist in making sure you are able to retain the people who are passionate, healthy, and excited about the work being carried out.
